We have spent the past eight years cultivating and maintaining relationships with a broad network of active retail investors in North America. Every company we work with is carefully reviewed to ensure alignment with our mandate of delivering genuine value to our investor base. Our network is extensive, and in many cases, these investors have not yet been introduced to your company. If they have been introduced to your story, chances are they likely would appreciate an update.

We do not share our full database for confidentiality reasons. However, as your campaign progresses, you will receive detailed reports that include every investor we engaged, along with their contact information, meeting notes, and relevant feedback. At the end of the campaign, you will also receive a full summary of all investor comments collected during the process, including a detailed campaign report.

Once terms are agreed upon, the contract is signed, and payment is received, we can begin the ramp up process immediately.

Typically, within one week of completing the onboarding process, you can begin meeting with investors. The initial days are dedicated to reviewing the presentation to ensure your story is communicated clearly and effectively.

The only guarantee we provide is the number of qualified investor meetings. We do not guarantee any level of buying activity. Investor participation depends entirely on how compelling your story is and how the relationship develops over time. Our role is to get you in front of the right investors, because without any general awareness, there can be no opportunity for interest or consideration.

Historically, our campaigns have seen an average conversion of eight to twelve percent into buying activity, but this is an observed trend, not a promise. The guarantee applies only to the number of meetings delivered.

Depending on the overall reception of your company’s story, we can continue working together on a month-to-month basis or a dollar amount per meeting, depending on how long you would like to continue.
